The goal of this project was to explore Basic Color Theory from the design viewpoint. In essence I had to take all aspects of color and bring it into the digital world. Learning how to use tints and shades with the Industry Standard color system, Pantone. What Spot Color versus CMYK means when digital files go to press. Working with basic Color Wheel Relationships: Complementary and Analogous Colors, Tertiary Color, Warm vs Cool Colors. Understanding as a designer how to use color in effective ways when a client budget limits the amount of color one can use.
